Lioyd Whitman
Lloyd Whitman, PhD, is the senior director of the Atlantic Council’s GeoTech Center. He joined the Atlantic Council in 2022 after a distinguished career in science and technology research and development, policy, and strategic planning in the U.S. government, including senior positions in the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy.
