HE Rashed Lahej Al Mansoori is the Director-General of the Abu Dhabi Systems & Information Centre (ADSIC). Possessing over 20 years of experience in IT, Al Mansoori provides overall operational and strategic leadership to ADSIC and orchestrates the development of Abu Dhabi’s e-government programme.

Al Mansoori is also the Board Member of the Infrastructure & Environment Committee at the Executive Council; Vice-Chairman of the Board of Al Taif Technical Services; the Chairman of the Board of Bayanat Company; and the Chairman of the Executive Committee of Statistics Centre – Abu Dhabi.

Prior to ADSIC’s transformation into a fully-fledged centre in 2008, the Director-General acted as the Organisation’s Chairman while it existed as the Abu Dhabi Systems and Information Committee, between 2005 and 2008.

HE Al Mansoori holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Colorado, US. He has undergone various extensive leadership and management training programmes conducted by renowned institutions such as the Harvard Business School and the IMD World Competitiveness Centre.
