H.E. Tshering Tobgay

Tshering Tobgay is the Prime Minister of Bhutan. Before being the Prime Minister of Bhutan, he held leading positions in the Royal Government of Bhutan.

Bhutan measures the country’s prosperity through measuring the level of happiness of it’s citizens (Gross National Happiness Index) rather than the GDP. Tshering Tobgay leads with the aim of increasing GNHI by taking the necessary steps to improve Bhutan’s economy and society.
