Incorporate a legal entity, actively participate in executive boards, and report tax remotely are the types of competitive digital services the e-government of Estonia is planning to offer its e-residents across the globe. In this session, H.E. Taavi Kotka, Deputy Secretary General of ICT, illustrates Estonia’s electronic and mobile government services transformation journey and how it has built a leading ICT infrastructure to deliver government services of tomorrow which allowed Estonia to rank among the best countries in the world in Smart and Mobile Government.
