Paul Macmillan is Deloitte's Global Public Sector Industry Leader. He is co-author of the Award winning book: The Solution Revolution: How Business, Government and Social Enterprises are Teaming Up to Solve Society's Toughest Problems.  He has been a management consultant and strategic advisor to government leaders for over 25 years. Following the publication of The Solution Revolution, Paul has continued to explore topics relating to innovation for business and society. Paul and colleague William Eggers recently launched Gov2020 – an interactive site and companion workshop designed to help leaders from across the private and public sectors make sense of the rapidly changing demographic, societal, economic, and technological drivers shaping the future. He recently co-authored a Deloitte Review featured article A billion to one: the crowd gets personal. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Ottawa.
