Laurence White is lawyer and policymaker with around 25 years' experience in Australian, UK, EU and international financial markets regulation, and commercial and administrative law. He supports the FSB’s work on FinTech (including crypto-assets and artificial intelligence), reforms of derivatives markets, and financial benchmarks. He is also the co-author of A Legal Theory for Autonomous Artificial Agents (U. Mich. Press, 2011) and a number of journal articles on AI and financial regulation topics.
