Cassandra Kelly is a global thought leader, speaker and coach to leaders who dare, both corporate and political. A tech entrepreneur and former CEO, she has served as advisor, board director and chairperson for some of the world’s most influential organizations. Her industry portfolio covers agriculture, consumer products, energy and resources, financial services, infrastructure, technology, digital media, health and tourism in markets including North America, Africa, Europe and Asia. This experience led Cassandra to co-founding Pottinger and subsequently CChange. Pottinger, a multiple award-winning global corporate advisory firm, works with leaders to help them solve their most complex problems through creating a destination-led strategy and assisting on inorganic growth through the execution of mergers and acquisitions. CChange accelerates meaningful change by working with influencers to make change happen quickly: leaders of large organisations or founders of start-up companies - both who dare to disrupt the companies and industries they lead. By aligning strategic destination with the right people, culture and day to day action, change can be rapidly felt. Cassandra speaks regularly about disruption and the need for organizations to embrace uncertainty and complexity to ensure vibrant and thriving growth. A respected advisor to governments, she worked with the B20/G20 on matters including digitalization, entrepreneurship, health, finance and growth. She was also appointed as an international expert advisor to China’s One Belt One Road initiative. Reflecting her experience in technology as well as economic development, Cassandra was appointed in 2018 to the European Union’s Global Tech Panel. Cassandra has been acknowledged as one of 12 directors to watch in the United Stat by Directors & Boards journal, Australia's top 10 chairs in 2016, and as one of Australia’s most influential business women on boards and in management in the 100 Women of Influence awards.
